Made in Canada! Seagull is a Canadian guitar manufacturer that has been building guitars in North America for over 30 years. Every guitar that Seagull builds is handmade in Canada from start to finish, including their entry level models that start in the $300 price range.

Seagull acoustic guitars start in the $300 price range and top out at $1,500 for signature series artist models. Across the board, Seagull guitars offer a great value for the type of guitar you are getting. It is extremely rare to find a guitar made in North America that has a solid wood top and a price tag under $400, but Seagull offers several. All solid wood models start as low as $650 and could be compared in quality to many other brands that are nearly double in price.
Plain and simple, Seagull guitars are built really well. The company does not cut corners in their manufacturing process and consistently produces guitars that are affordable and sound great. From the type of woods used, to the shape and design of their guitars, Seagull is a unique brand that offers something a little different than traditional guitar makers. Seagull offers a Lifetime Warranty to the original owner of all Seagull guitars, guaranteeing the guitar to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Electronic components and hardware are covered for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. The warranty is only valid on guitars purchased from Authorized Seagull Dealers and to the original owner. Guitars purchased second hand or from an unauthorized source are excluded from warranty service.

We aren't a big national chain or internet retailer that has hundreds of the same guitars stacked in a warehouse that haven't seen the light of day in who knows how long. We keep limited quantities of each product on hand, which means you are receiving a guitar that was recently received direct from the factory, has been inspected for flaws, and is properly tuned and adjusted so that it's ready to play right out of the box.
We may be a small, independent operation, but we compete with the big boys when it comes to price. Compared to what you will find in other stores or anywhere else on the Internet, our guitars and instruments are priced the same or lower.

Instruments rarely need Factory Warranty Service, but when they do, it can be an extremely frustrating process for the customer. By dealing directly with manufacturers on your behalf, we can expedite warranty claims and often get manufacturers to make accommodations they wouldn't normally extend to end-consumers. Many retailers won't do this, but if you bought an instrument from us that turns out to have a defect or other problem, you better believe we have your back.
